Our annual “Grace on the Bluff” is Saturday and I hope you have been telling folks about it. It’s not too late. We also need workers to staff the hours the church will be open to receive and sort donations. If you have some free time, even if you aren’t able to work that day, pleased drop by and say hello. We like for our community folks to meet as many church members as possible while they are here.
I like our Grace on the Bluff event. It is both a great testimony to the grace of God and it is a wonderful way to show our community how much we care about them. Grace on the Bluff is ministry in action; we can tell folks how much we care but this shows them. And that’s our goal, isn’t it, to minister in our community? People like seeing a church “doing” and not just talking.
I want to invite you to join us on Wednesday nights as we continue our study of the Book of John. We are still in the first chapter and it is so rich in its presentation of Jesus, its presentation of the Gospel, and its practical picture of the “Trinity” in action. It’s never too late to join so come on out…and bring friends with you.
Say something good about your Savior and about His church here in Bluff Park.
